Don’t worry, it is meant to be citrusy. In fact, that the citrusy taste comes from the active enzymes, which are natural in raw honey and especially in our Darlings honey, where we have ensure the honey is kept at optimum temperature to activate and sustain the enzymes. These enzymes are good for your digestion.

Ideally not, as the hot water will kill the beneficial enzymes in the honey. (All raw honey has some enzymes, but our Darlings honey has more enzymes which are beneficial for your digestion). It is OK to mix the honey into slightly warm water/tea. Also, our honey easily dissolves in even cold water! (unlike normal honey which contains high sugar content and is harder to dissolve in cold water).

Using the unique pincher provided in the bottle, consume 1 drop for every 10KG of body weight. On average, a person will need 5 drops, consume once per day before meals. Since it is slightly bitter, some people may not tolerate the taste on its own with plain water. For best taste, mixed into any drink such as any fruit juice, cofee, tea, or even with our Darlings Honey!
