Kindly inspect your product for visible damage (if any) before the logistics delivery company representative leaves your premise when they are delivering to you. You may refuse to accept the parcel from the logistics delivery company if visible damage is found. Please take photos of the damage or defective parcel and/or products as evidence before receiving. We will endeavor to resolve all delivery issues within 7 business days of receiving the request with evidences. 

 

Complaints and Feedbacks

We take your feedback and/or complaints very seriously and always endeavor to improve our products and services for you. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

 

Refunds

We do not accept refunds or returns of purchases without valid reasons (example: damaged products).

 

Damage Replacements

We accept exchange if your products are received in badly damaged condition due to transportation or there is a defect in the product. Pictures are required as proof within 3 days of receiving your products. 

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received, along with the original packaging. 

In addition, your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from our website. 

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product(s) back to us. Please contact us in order to request for shipping address to post the returning product(s). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returning product to reach us may vary.

We advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
