Our store is hosted on Woocommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. The online payment facility is provided in collaboration with a secure payment gateway, iPay88, which allow you to make payment by multiple payment channels in a secure and reliable way.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, without express written permission by us.

Pricing
Our listed prices are based upon high quality products produced and offered for sale on our Site. All prices are non-negotiable. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any products or services without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Payment secures the listed prices and prevents any further price increases, except in the exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. increase in logistics shipping prices, etc.)

 

Order
To place an order, follow the instructions on the ordering pages of the website. You are able to amend or correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on the “Place Order Now” button on the “Payment Method” page.

You must provide the requested information for us to process your order. We reserve the rights to request further information from you at any time to enable us to complete your order and/or to comply with regulatory requirements. By placing an order, you confirm that the details contained in the order are correct in all respects. We will use various procedures to authenticate each transaction. Order details amendment is not allowed. 

A contract between you and us is formed when we receive your confirmation order. Please print a copy of the confirmation page for your records. We may, at any time, decline to process your order or any part of your order for any reason including where insufficient or incorrect information has been provided, authentication has not been possible or an exchange rate has been quoted in error.

You will be required to choose your payment method at the time of online ordering. Payment is required upon placing an order. Cash on delivery is not accepted. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation with order summary and reference number.

 

Cancellation
All orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been made. No refund for cancellation once the order is fulfilled.

 

Goods

All illustrations and descriptions displayed on darlingshoney.com website or distributed by email or in any other way are for guidance purposes only and will not form part of the contract. In all cases we will try to contact you to advise you of any such changes, however Darlings Honey reserves the right to replace these items of equal or better quality without consultation. We reserve the right to make alterations to the design, appearance and technical specifications of our products from time to time and at such time or at any other times, to make alterations to our advertised information concerning such Goods, without notice.

 

Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements
All of our products contain pollen, so are not suitable for those suffering from intolerance or allergies to these particular foods. Itama Darlings Empire will not be held responsible for anyone suffering from pollen allergies.

 

Storage and Consumption
Our product does not contain any additives or preservatives. Also, since our honey is derived from nature, we are therefore unable to make a warranty as to our honey dietary consumption products having the exact same taste and appearance for every batches. Technically, honey does not have an expiry date, but it can still undergo natural changes. The National Honey Board (in the USA) says that over time honey may “darken and lose its aroma and flavor or crystallize”. That alone is proof that honey is real and raw (not processed).  However, once open, we recommend to consume within 2 years for the best taste experience. To maintain the honey’s freshness for longer, please do keep refrigerated in an upright position. This also helps lock in its aromatic flavours. 

 

Delivery Conditions
Our products are to be delivered to you at a requested address. We do delivery within Malaysia and Singapore. It is essential that during delivery, someone is in to receive the products. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for any second attempt of shipment.

Darlings Honey is not liable for any damage that is rendered to our products at the arrival destination once the products has been delivered. We require somebody responsible, to check that they receive the products in good conditions upon delivery. Kindly refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

 

Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
