Recipe #12 – Blueberry & Honey Overnight Oats

Ingredients :
2 tbsp Darlings Fresh Obsidian Honey
– ½ cup of oats
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– Handful of blueberries
– Dark chocolate chips (optional)
– ½ cup of fresh milk (skim milk or soya milk possible too)

Instruction :
1) Add ½ cup of oats to a jar. Then add 1 tbsp of chia seeds in. Next add in a handful of blueberries. 
2) If you like chocolate, add a handful of dark chocolate chips in as well.
3) Next add in 2 tbsp of Darlings Honey. Lastly pour in half a cup of fresh milk (skim milk if you prefer) and stir it well. Then leave it overnight in the fridge.
4) Enjoy a healthy breakfast!
